This channel is dedicated to Howard Winstone the World Champion boxer from Merthyr Tydfil. Howard’s career was a remarkable one, at the age of sixteen Howard was involved in an accident and he lost the tips of his fingers on his right hand. With this injury Howard Winstone developed a boxing style devised around the left jab, and went onto win the world title. A film is currently being produced about this man’s great life starring John Noble, Brian Blessed, Marco Antonio Barrera, Enzo Maccarenelli, Alan Minter and Michael Bentt with other big boxings names!
